FTW 293 Replacement Housing

This replacement of four eight-plexes in the North Town neighborhood on Fort Wainwright and subsequent neighborhood redevelopment included 65 three-bedroom junior non-commissioned officer units and 12 five-bedroom senior field grade officer
duplexes.

Designs provided a variety of multi-family units, each with attached garages, individual heating systems and plenty of storage. Exterior elevations strongly reflect the architectural elements and themes adopted by the Fort Wainwright Housing Community Plan.

Site amenities included a neighborhood tot lot and play area, re-vegetating and landscaping of neighborhood open spaces and streetscapes.
