Medical Office Buildings B & C Common Area Upgrades

These mid-1990’s vintage buildings required new lighting concepts, which resulted in improved energy efficiency and enhanced lighting experience.

​

This 12,000 square foot project included multi-building common area upgrades involving building code compliance, used a palate of warm colors, materials, and lighting complimentary to the Campus branding standards., modernized public restrooms, new elevator cab interiors, and lighting analysis for an all-new energy efficient yet attractive lighting scheme.
