Copper River Basin Regional Housing
Authority Design/Build for new office building; not built.

This buildings design maximizes its solar exposure by facing due south on its flat site thus providing all the offices with direct access to daylight. In doing so it also created the opportunity to consolidate the location of owner provided photovoltaic system on the same south elevation. Full-glazed office doors will promote the cast of daylight into the internal hallway, and operable windows throughout will maximize users comfort control.

Included as part of the programmatic requirements for this effort we also addressed energy conservation and durability of systems and materials.
